Position Summary:
We are seeking a caring and skilled Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong behavior-management skills, a gentle approach, and a passion for delivering high-quality dental care to children and teens.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive oral examinations for pediatric patients of all ages
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions including caries, trauma, and developmental concerns
• Provide pediatric restorative care (fillings, SSCs, pulpotomies, pulpectomies, extractions, sealants, etc.)
• Manage patient behavior using age-appropriate communication and guidance techniques
• Offer nitrous oxide and other sedation options (if credentialed)
• Educate parents and children on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment plans
• Document accurate and complete clinical notes
• Collaborate with dental assistants and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry and best practices
• Provide treatment using nitrous oxide, sedation, and General Anesthesia/OR sessions for patients requiring full-mouth rehabilitation or advanced behavior management

Qualifications:

• D.D.S. or D.M.D. from an accredited dental school
• Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency (required)
• Strong communication skills with both children and parents
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to creating positive dental experiences
