The Smile Institute Family Orthodontics & Children’s Dentistry – Manahawkin, NJ

The Smile Institute is expanding! Our pediatric program continues to grow, and we’re looking for a kind, skilled Pediatric Dentist to join our team one day per week to start. You choose the weekday (Monday–Thursday), and as patient volume increases, you’ll have the option to add additional days.

Our current pediatric dentist, Dr. Jeni Paez, treats patients on Fridays, and the demand has now exceeded our available appointment times. If you’re looking for a welcoming practice with strong systems, high visibility, and an incredible patient experience, this is it.

Our custom-designed building is well-known in the community — bright, modern, and kid-friendly with curated art, outdoor music, and a small children’s play area. It’s a beautiful space to practice in and a place families genuinely enjoy visiting.

What We Offer

• Guaranteed daily minimum OR 35% of production (whichever is greater)
