Employee Data Management

• Administer employee relations programs in order to ensure objectives, KPI’s and SLAs are met.

• Maintain employee records.

• Record daily attendance of employees.

• process all kind of leaves requests as per policy.

• Maintain and archiving all employees related documents.


Off-boarding

• Develop and continuously improve off-boarding program and enhancement of overall experience

• Ensure employee handover of all company assets and permits, such as Laptop, Employee ID, gate permits, parking permit, etc


Data Entry

• Maintain and update employee’s data in the system.

• New employees’ files data entry.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of all HR data to provide reliable and up to date information to support decision making process.


Grievance and relations management

• Handle employee grievances to ensure staff concerns are addressed through proper channels ensuring fair treatment and confidentiality.

• Handle investigations cases to ensure apply company policy and labor law and record it.


Process Management

• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes and productivity improvement


Policies, Processes and Procedures

• Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures

• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement
