What is the job?
The P&C Operations Senior Specialist plays a vital role in delivering operational excellence across the People & Culture function. You’ll partner closely with P&C Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and senior leaders to ensure smooth end-to-end processes, strong data integrity, and compliance across the employee lifecycle.

This role serves as a key Oracle HCM expert—supporting system workflows, troubleshooting, reporting, and enhancements that improve both efficiency and employee experience. You’ll also contribute to initiatives that strengthen our P&C programs, operations, and overall employee support model.

What will you be doing?

  • You will serve as an advocate for P&C Partners and business leaders, providing guidance on complex operational matters and new program implementations.
  • You will maintain and audit employee data in Oracle HCM, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across all lifecycle processes.
  • You’ll support configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Oracle HCM modules, partnering with internal and vendor teams as needed.
  • You will generate, analyze, and present workforce data and reports to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • You’ll lead or support special projects such as compliance audits, compensation cycles, performance reviews, and organizational change initiatives.

About you

  • You bring 5+ years of progressive HR/P&C operations experience with strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes.
  • You have hands-on experience with Oracle HCM, particularly Core HR, Absence, Performance, or related modules.
  • You excel in data interpretation, reporting, and presenting insights that support operational and strategic decisions.
  • You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • You will be a great fit, if our values resonate with you: We Create, We Perform, We Inspire. Read more about them here - About us
