Position description: Assist in managing People and Development sector projects by gathering requirements, coordinating execution, and ensuring alignment with objectives. Serve as a key contact for supporting internal and external audits related to people and development initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating projects and gathering requirements for People and Development.
  • Support KPI development and budget preparation.
  • Track project progress and escalate risks.
  • Facilitate audits and ensure documentation is complete.
  • Analyze program effectiveness and propose improvements.
  • Provide necessary support and perform any other duties as assigned by the line manager.
