About the Team

The People Services Team are responsible for all the aspects of our team members day to day employee lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding. A team of specialists in different geos support our teams needs covering employee admin, systems, data, policy, & rewards, benefits and payroll. Focussed on the overall experience of our team, they are responsible for ensuring we have clear guidance, tools and support to be effective, whether as a manager or a team member.

About this role:

Our People Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting the end-to-end employment lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, providing administrative and operational support. Maintains and enhances employee record keeping, assists with onboarding and handling general inquiries. Works closely with the People Partners and other stakeholders to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the People & Workplace Experience function.

What you will do:

• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
• Track and reply to internal and external queries.
• Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks
• Payroll Document management, scheduling and electronic file maintenance
• Assisting with onboarding. Providing support to employees by answering questions, resolving issues and providing information
• Supporting the development of HR policies and procedures

Internal stakeholders include: CPO, Global Director of Talent, Head of Communications & Community, Workplace Experience Manager and Coordinator, Engagement Partner and wider People Experience Team, People throughout organization.

External stakeholders include: Vendors, other service providers.

This is a hybrid role, candidates will need to live within a commutable distance of the New York office and be comfortable with 2 days in the office per week.
