People Systems Specialist FTC

A leading law firm is looking to hire a people systems specialist in London. This is a hybrid, fixed term contract for a period of 12 months.

This is an interesting and rewarding role working in a busy and innovative team. Main responsibilities in this role include:

Main responsibilities:

• Configuration and maintenance of all Workday modules.
• Operating as support for all Workday related queries.
• Producing and maintaining system training materials.
• Providing testing support for people systems projects.
• Playing an active role in the team and liaising with business and technical teams.

Desired experience for this role includes strong knowledge of core Workday recruitment modules, an understanding of HRIS process governance/frameworks and experience in operating incident management tools.
