We’re not looking for “HR as usual.” At Emumba, our HR team is a GenAI-first, innovation-driven powerhouse that designs the way our company works, grows, and thrives.
We’re hiring someone who wants to shape how Emumba attracts, welcomes, and grows great people. As our People & Talent Partner, you'll own day-to-day recruitment, deliver a high-quality candidate experience, and support the systems and rituals that help our people thrive. One week you’ll be running interviews for our engineering team, the next you might be onboarding new hires or streamlining a leave workflow. It’s a hands-on role for someone who loves both people and process, and wants to do both well.

What You’ll Do
- Drive projects across culture, systems, and growth; no rigid silos here
- Build smart automations (think: webhooks, dashboards, AI tools)
- Support initiatives that make Emumba the best place to work
- Learn fast, adapt faster, and leave everything better than you found it
Must-Have Qualifications
- No more than 4 years of experience in the field
- Minimum Bachelor's degree-level education required
- High EQ and genuine care for people
- Curiosity, initiative, and persistence
- Comfort using AI tools and experimenting with new tech
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
