Key Responsibilities:

  • Empower Franchisees: Guide franchise owners in all key areas—staffing, marketing, sales, finance, and operations—to improve business outcomes.
  • Evaluate & Innovate: Assess franchise performance, identify opportunities, and develop practical, results-oriented solutions.
  • Lead & Inspire: Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs that energize owners and elevate team success.
  • Strategize for Growth: Collaborate with franchisees on growth plans tailored to their unique market and business goals.
  • Support New Franchisees: Lead onboarding and ramp-up efforts for new owners, ensuring a strong and successful launch.
  • Champion Excellence: Reinforce brand standards and operational consistency through inspections and audits while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Motivate & Guide: Serve as a trusted advisor, advocate, and motivator—helping franchisees achieve their full potential by leveraging high-performing franchisee best practices.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in franchising, consulting, or multi-unit operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
  • High business acumen with problem-solving and analytical capabilities; experience with using financial statements and operational metrics to impact P&L a plus.
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
