Performance Marketer – LinkedIn & Google Ads (B2B SaaS)

Location: Dubai (On-site)

Experience: 3–7 years

Type: Full-time

We’re hiring a Performance Marketer to plan, run, and scale paid

campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads, focused on B2B SaaS audiences in

the GCC and North America. You’ll be responsible for generating qualified

leads, improving conversion metrics, and helping scale our go-to-market

engine through sharp targeting and high-performing creatives.


Responsibilities


Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across LinkedIn

Ads and Google Search & Display


Drive B2B lead generation by targeting decision-makers across GCC and

North America


Build segmented audience lists, retargeting flows, and account-based

campaigns


Write and test ad copy, coordinate with design for creative

production


Set up proper tracking using GA4, UTMs, conversion pixels, and

integrate with our CRM (e.g., HubSpot)


Monitor performance daily, optimize to reduce CPL and increase MQL

quality


Report on KPIs weekly: impressions, CTR, CPL, ROAS, CAC, and

conversion rate


Collaborate with the sales, product marketing, and content teams to

align messaging and offers


Stay updated on platform changes, ad policies, bidding strategies,

and new ad formats


Requirements


3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads for B2B SaaS or

enterprise tech products


Proven expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads

(Search, Display, Retargeting)


Experience running campaigns for international markets, especially

GCC and North America


Strong understanding of B2B funnels, lead scoring, and campaign

attribution


Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, UTM parameters, CRM integrations

(HubSpot or Salesforce)


Strong analytical skills — comfortable reading dashboards, analyzing

data, and making decisions


Ability to write high-converting ad copy and coordinate with

designers for creatives


Bonus: experience with account-based marketing (ABM), landing page

testing, or performance across other channels (e.g., YouTube, Meta)
