Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads)
- Conduct in-depth audience research, keyword research & competitor analysis
- Monitor daily budgets, bids, and ROAS/CPA performance
- Design and implement A/B tests to improve ad creatives and landing pages
- Track, measure, and report campaign performance using analytics tools
- Collaborate with creative/content teams for high-performing visuals & copies
- Build strategies to scale conversions and reduce acquisition costs
- Stay updated with the latest platform trends & algorithm changes
Requirements:
- Experience: 2–4 years in performance marketing (E-commerce experience preferred)
- Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
- Solid analytical skills must be comfortable working with data & Excel
- Understanding of funnels, attribution models, and conversion tracking
- Creative mindset with the ability to test and iterate quickly
