Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads)
  • Conduct in-depth audience research, keyword research & competitor analysis
  • Monitor daily budgets, bids, and ROAS/CPA performance
  • Design and implement A/B tests to improve ad creatives and landing pages
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Collaborate with creative/content teams for high-performing visuals & copies
  • Build strategies to scale conversions and reduce acquisition costs
  • Stay updated with the latest platform trends & algorithm changes

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–4 years in performance marketing (E-commerce experience preferred)
  • Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
  • Solid analytical skills must be comfortable working with data & Excel
  • Understanding of funnels, attribution models, and conversion tracking
  • Creative mindset with the ability to test and iterate quickly
