Job Title: PPC Specialist

Role & Responsibilities

Conceptualise and prepare ad creatives, including static images and video ads.

Develop landing pages, website artwork, and project communication taglines.

Schedule, monitor, and evaluate marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other ad platforms.

Conduct ad account audits and optimizations to improve performance.

Use hyperlocal data to strategize effectively for local markets.

Set up, manage, and optimize digital assets across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Execute creative changes and campaign adjustments in real-time.

Optimize landing pages and audit lead quality & feedback.

Plan, execute, and measure A/B experiments and conversion tests.

Develop social media accounts and content to drive traffic, leads, and engagement.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, new technologies, and marketing opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Purchase Campaigns.

Experience working in a B2B service-based company and digital marketing agency is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of graphics and video production processes.

Excellent copywriting and caption writing skills.

Knowledge of marketing content requirements and creative best practices.

In-depth understanding of social media platforms, digital ads, and website analytics.

Strong communication skills for internal collaboration and client interaction.

Availability over phone/WhatsApp during non-office hours if required.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.

Creative, detail-oriented, and consistent in delivering high-quality outputs.

Integrity, professionalism, and a self-starter mindset with a strong can-do attitude.

Ability to analyze market trends and understand consumer psychology.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar marketing/branding/PPC role.
