About Us:
Firdious is a fast-growing clothing brand known for . We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager with experience in the fashion or apparel industry to drive our digital marketing campaigns, increase customer acquisition, and maximize ROI across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies across paid channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for acquisition, retargeting, and retention with a focus on ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives align with brand identity and target audience preferences.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor trends in fashion e-commerce, customer behavior, and competitor campaigns to stay ahead in the market.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure spend is aligned with business goals.
  • Work closely with the merchandising, social media, and content teams to support seasonal launches, promotions, and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the fashion, apparel, or lifestyle segment.
  • Proven track record of running high-ROI campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, KPIs, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Passion for fashion and an understanding of fashion consumer behavior is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
