Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Executive based in Delhi, India. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing data to optimize performance, and collaborating with teams to create strategies that drive growth. The Performance Marketing Executive will also contribute to sales initiatives, ensure effective communication, and monitor key performance metrics to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across channels such as PPC, social and display advertising.
• Analyze and optimize the marketing funnel to improve lead nurturing, conversion rates, and customer retention.
• Create and manage SMS and WhatsApp campaigns to reach customers with timely and relevant messages.
• Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize marketing messages, creative assets, and campaign strategies.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics for all marketing channels, providing insights and recommendations.
• Familiarity with performance marketing tools and analytic platforms are an advantage.
• Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve growth targets.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 3-4 years of Experience.
