Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Performance Marketing Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience in running and optimizing digital ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and must be comfortable working with performance metrics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up and manage paid campaigns on Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS).
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
• Perform basic keyword research and audience targeting Assist in creating ad copy and coordinating with the design. team Run A/B tests on creatives and audiences.
• Prepare weekly performance reports.
• Support in execution of lead generation and sales-driven campaigns.

SKILLS:

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of campaign metrics (CPL, CTR, CPM).
• Good analytical thinking and reporting skills.
• Ability to work on multiple campaigns.
• Basic understanding of landing pages & funnels.
• Strong attention to detail.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience with Google Analytics or Tag Manager
• Knowledge of Canva or basic creative editing
• Understanding of remarketing and custom audiences
