Performance Marketing Executive (2–3 years experience)

What we’re looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads

• Ability to run A/B tests, segment audiences, and manage remarketing

• Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and Facebook Pixel

• Skilled in optimizing creatives, copy, and audience targeting

• Experience managing budgets, bids, and campaign pacing

• Ability to generate performance reports and recommend improvements
