Position Overview:
The Performance Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy. This role requires a data-driven, strategic thinker with a track record in performance marketing. The successful candidate will manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across channels to meet business goals.
- Identify new growth opportunities and innovative approaches to performance marketing channels and media mix.
2. Campaign Management:- Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media, display advertising, and email marketing.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
3. Analytics and Reporting:- Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations.
4. Budget Management:- Manage and allocate the performance marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal spending and ROI.
- Track and report on budget utilization and performance.
5. Collaboration:- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and product to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with external third-party vendors as needed.
6. Optimization:- Continuously test and optimize campaigns, including A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and ad copy.
- Implement best practices for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3/4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in key digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Tableau).
- Excellent understanding of SEM, and PPC principles.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
