Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale high-budget digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, growth-oriented, and experienced in driving profitable performance for D2C brands.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising Management
- Manage end-to-end campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CTR, CAC, and LTV to ensure strong performance outcomes.
Strategy & Optimization
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor benchmarking.
- Execute continuous A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Scale campaign budgets efficiently while maintaining profitability.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor daily performance metrics and extract actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed performance reports, dashboards, and optimization recommendations.
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment.
- Maintain brand consistency across all ad messaging and digital assets.
- Stay updated with platform changes, new tools, and digital marketing best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong background working with D2C brands.
- Proven capability in managing ₹1 Cr+ monthly ad budgets.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, CTR, and CVR metrics.
- Experience running performance campaigns for ecommerce brands.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Meta Business Manager.
