Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager with strong performance marketing expertise and hands-on experience managing marketplace platforms such as Amazon (US) and Walmart Marketplace (U.S. equivalent to Flipkart), as well as TikTok Shop / TikTok marketing.
The ideal candidate is a versatile marketer who can run paid campaigns, optimize marketplace performance, and create compelling content for multiple product lines—preferably with experience in Ayurveda, herbal wellness, or natural beauty brands.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and marketplace ad platforms (Amazon PPC, Walmart Sponsored Ads).
- Conduct A/B testing, manage budgets, and drive lower CAC while improving ROAS.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide weekly dashboards and insights to leadership.
Marketplace Management (USA)
- End-to-end management of Amazon Seller Central: listings, SEO optimization, keyword research, pricing, reviews, A+ content, inventory coordination.
- Manage TikTok Shop including product uploads, influencer campaigns, affiliate programs, and trend-based content creation.
- Oversee Walmart Marketplace (if applicable) including product listings, catalog quality, promotions, and advertising.
- Track marketplace analytics and continually improve conversion rate, buy-box win rate, and organic rankings.
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
- Create or coordinate photo/video content for product pages, social media, blogs, and ads.
- Write compelling product descriptions, brand stories, and educational content around wellness and Ayurveda.
- Develop a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
Social Media & Influencer Management
- Manage organic social presence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and affiliates to drive sales.
- Develop viral-ready short-form video concepts and oversee production.
Analytics & Reporting
- Own KPIs: ROAS, CAC, Revenue, Repeat Rate, Conversion Rate, Marketplace Seller Metrics.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and provide actionable insights.
- Implement tools and dashboards for deeper understanding of customer behavior and trends.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing + marketplace operations.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and TikTok for business.
- Experience with Walmart Marketplace or other U.S. eCommerce platforms is a plus.
- Proven ability to create or coordinate high-quality content (video, static, product descriptions).
- Understanding of Ayurvedic products, herbal wellness, natural supplements, or the beauty/wellness sector (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Amazon PPC, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager.
- Excellent communication, project management, and creative problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹17,420.74 - ₹71,436.66 per month
