Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who knows Meta Ads and Google Ads well. You will run and improve campaigns to get the best results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Check performance and suggest improvements
• Work with the marketing team to meet goals
• Handle multiple campaigns at the same time

Requirements:

• Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Understand campaign results, tracking, and ROI
• Comfortable working onsite and adjusting hours when needed
• Proven results in running successful campaigns
