Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The role focuses on ROAS-driven performance, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through data-backed strategies.

Key Responsibilities1. Paid Ads Management

  • Plan and run high-performing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign structure for maximum efficiency.
  • Run remarketing, retargeting, lookalike, and custom audience campaigns.

2. Performance Optimization

  • Continuously monitor KPIs: CPC, CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, Conversions.
  • Optimize creatives, audience sets, landing pages, and funnel performance.

3. Funnel & Landing Page Management

  • Work with design/content teams to create high-converting landing pages.
  • A/B test creatives, copies, and audiences to identify best-performing combinations.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, CRM, etc.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with insights and action plans.

5. Budget & Forecasting

  • Plan daily/weekly/monthly ad spends to meet business targets.
  • Forecast campaign performance and manage ROI-driven budget allocation.

6. Collaboration

  • Work closely with digital, creative, sales, and product teams to align objectives.
  • Coordinate with agencies or freelancers when required.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics & conversion funnels
  • Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO
  • Experience with analytics & automation tools
  • Ability to run and scale high-budget campaigns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Communications or equivalent
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics preferred
  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in performance marketing with proven ROI results

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹44,308.28 per month
