Performance Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. This role is pivotal in managing high-value ad budgets and delivering exceptional ROI for our exclusively Australian clientele. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing Google Ads across multiple industries, with a strong preference for experience in a Digital Marketing Agency environment.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize, create, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and Bing platforms to achieve client objectives.
- Manage ad budgets ranging from $2,000 to $25,000 monthly for multiple high-value clients, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Develop and execute Performance Max (P-Max) campaigns for enhanced cross-channel performance.
- Conduct detailed performance analysis, reporting key insights, and recommending data-driven optimizations.
- Stay updated on platform updates and trends to implement innovative strategies.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure campaign success.
- Provide clients with regular updates and insights to align campaigns with their business goals.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience managing Paid Ads campaigns across Google, Meta, and Bing.
- Experience in handling large budgets and delivering measurable results.
- Hands-on experience with Performance Max (P-Max) campaigns is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Multi-industry exposure and a strong understanding of varied audience dynamics.
- Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.

- Expertise in Performance Max (P-Max) campaigns for cross-channel optimization.
- Proficient in Responsive Search Ads (RSA), with experience in creating dynamic ads that adapt to user queries and improve campaign performance.

- Proven success in leveraging RSA features to deliver higher conversion rates and quality score improvements.
- Bit Strategies (Data-driven strategy implementation):
- Skilled in analyzing ad performance data to drive optimization decisions.
- Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) management.
- Focus on metrics like ROI, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTR, quality score, and CPA.
- Proven ability to scale successful campaigns using data insights to guide budget allocation and bidding strategies.
- Strong background in data analysis and performance reporting for actionable insights.
- Multi-industry exposure with experience in delivering tailored campaigns for varied audience segments.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams: creative, content, and analytics.
