Role Overview
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist – Social & Paid Media to lead digital campaigns that drive patient engagement and qualified leads across our hospital network.The role requires expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, a strong analytical approach, and the ability to leverage AI tools to optimize campaigns efficiently. The ideal candidate will manage ad budgets, achieve CPL targets, and deliver measurable ROI through high-performing, insight-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal pacing and alignment with cost-per-lead (CPL) and ROI targets.
- Build data-driven audience segments and execute campaigns across multiple hospital brands, services, and cities.
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Meta Advantage Suite, Google Performance Max) for ideation, creative optimization, and targeting precision.
- Track key campaign metrics — reach, CTR, conversion rate, CPL, ROAS, and lead quality — to ensure continuous improvement.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards, presenting actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and data-backed creative execution.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and benchmark campaign performance.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare communication and advertising standards.
Requirements & Skills
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media (preferably in healthcare, consumer, or agency environments).
- Proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, budget allocation, and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Business Suite, and ad analytics dashboards.
- Working knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools for campaign optimization and automation.
- Analytical mindset with strong interpretation and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and time-management abilities.

Pay: ₹45,692.06 - ₹50,000.00 per month
