About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Expert with proven experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling high-impact digital ad campaigns. The ideal candidate must come from an agency environment and be comfortable managing multi-platform performance campaigns end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max), and YouTube.
  • Create and manage full-funnel performance strategies for lead generation, sales, awareness and remarketing objectives.
  • Conduct deep analytics: campaign diagnostics, audience insights, CAC & ROAS analysis, attribution, and conversion tracking.
  • Develop A/B tests for ads, landing pages, creatives, audiences, and bid strategies.
  • Coordinate with creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with brand and business goals.
  • Maintain strong reporting cadence: weekly, monthly, and campaign-specific reports.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging ad formats.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong command over pixel setup, event tracking, UTM strategy, and conversion tracking across platforms.
  • Experience running all types of ads : awareness, traffic, engagement, lead generation, conversions, app installs, remarketing, and e-commerce campaigns.
  • Ability to handle high-budget as well as performance-critical campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and optimization skills.
  • Solid understanding of marketing funnels, consumer behavior, and digital performance strategy.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-client agency setups.

Must-Have Background

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency handling performance campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in improving ROAS, reducing CAC, and scaling campaigns.
  • Portfolio of past campaign results is a plus.
