Job Description: Google Ads & Meta Ads Intern

Position: Performance Marketing Intern
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Duration: Internship (with possibility of full-time conversion)

About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven intern who has prior experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will support the marketing team in planning, executing, and analyzing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Support planning and execution of Meta Ads campaigns (Traffic, Conversions, Lead Gen, Remarketing).
• Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis and prepare performance reports.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure ad copies and creatives align with campaign objectives.
• Track conversion events and troubleshoot tracking issues using Google Analytics & Meta Events Manager.
• Identify optimization opportunities to improve ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Stay updated with platform changes, trend shifts, and new ad features.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience running campaigns on both Google Ads & Meta Ads.
• Basic understanding of:
• ✓ Google Ads Manager✓ Meta Business Manager✓ Google Analytics✓ Performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
• Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Good to Have

• Experience with A/B testing
• Understanding of landing pages & funnels
• Knowledge of Canva / basic creative editing
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (optional)
