Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities

Perform a full scope of periodontal and implant procedures, including:
- Routine and complex extractions
- Third molar (wisdom tooth) extractions
- Alveoloplasty and surgical site preparation
- Pre-prosthetic surgery
- Dental implant placement, bone and soft tissue grafting
- Ridge preservation, sinus augmentation, and crown lengthening
- Soft tissue grafts for root coverage and esthetics
- Collaborate with oral surgeons and referring dentists on multidisciplinary treatment plans
- Evaluate and diagnose patients using CBCT and intraoral imaging
- Deliver excellent chairside communication and patient education
- Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold best-in-class surgical standards
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of a CODA-accredited Periodontics residency program
- Active Colorado Dental License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Periodontics
- Current BLS certification (sedation certification preferred)
- Excellent clinical judgment, patient management, and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care and ongoing professional growth
