Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate must have strong presentation-making skills, basic graphic design abilities, and excellent online research capabilities across platforms such as Google, Amazon, and eBay.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare professional presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar tools, ensuring high-quality formatting and design.
- Create basic graphic content (e.g., brochures, social media posts, infographics) using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar applications.
- Conduct detailed online research on various topics, products, and services using Google, Amazon, eBay, and other online resources.
- Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and documentation as required.
- Manage and organize files, records, and databases efficiently.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including ticketing, hotel bookings, and itineraries.
- Provide support in procurement-related tasks, including comparing product specifications, pricing, and supplier options.
- Draft and proofread emails, letters, and official communications.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Perform any other tasks assigned to support the smooth functioning of operations

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
