Personal Assistant & Airbnb Operations Coordinator

About the Role

AMPM is growing quickly, and we’re looking for a driven, high-energy Personal Assistant to support day-to-day operations across our short-term rental portfolio. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, organized, tech-savvy, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll help improve our Airbnb listings, streamline bookings, maintain brand consistency, assist with bookkeeping, and support the owner in daily business activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesAirbnb & Property Management Support

  • Create new Airbnb listings with high-quality descriptions, formatting, and visual appeal.
  • Optimize existing listings to increase booking rates and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with pricing adjustments, calendar management, and listing performance tracking.
  • Communicate with cleaners and maintenance staff when needed.

Content & Branding

  • Edit interior photos and help stage spaces digitally to enhance listing presentation.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all listings and platforms.
  • Assist in creating check-in guides, welcome booklets, and automated guest messages.

Administrative & Personal Assistant Tasks

  • Light bookkeeping: receipts, spreadsheets, monthly expense categorization.
  • Track orders, inventory, and supply levels for multiple properties.
  • Help organize documents, emails, and daily workflow for the owner.
  • Run errands or coordinate deliveries as needed.
  • Assist with small special projects related to business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational habits.
  • Comfortable with apps and platforms such as Airbnb, Google Drive, Canva, and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and adapt quickly.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with confidence in guest-facing or owner-support roles.
  • Creative eye for aesthetics, staging, and visual presentation (preferred).
