We’re looking for an exceptionally organized, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, great at multitasking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle email and phone correspondence on behalf of the employer
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics
- Organize documents, maintain filing systems, and prepare reports
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers
- Track expenses and manage basic budgeting activities
- Support on special projects and ad-hoc responsibilities
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with office tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office)
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information
- Problem-solver with a proactive and flexible mindset
