Key Responsibilities

Manage the CSE’s calendar, meetings, travel, and daily schedule

Draft, review, and format professional emails, letters, and business documents

Track follow-ups with Operations, HR, Finance, Logistics, and external partners

Prepare meeting briefs, summaries, and executive reports

Assist with documentation for banking, supplier communication, legal, leasing, and compliance

Coordinate with regional teams across retail, distribution, and F&B verticals

Handle confidential information with absolute discretion

Maintain strong task-tracking systems to ensure no deadlines are missed

Support with travel bookings, visa arrangements, and expense tracking

Act as a communication bridge between the CSE and internal/external stakeholders

Requirements

2–3 years of experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or Office Administrator (GCC experience preferred)

Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus

Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to draft polished business communications independently

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Professional maturity and ability to interact with senior executives, landlords, banks, agencies, and partners

Discretion and trustworthiness with sensitive information

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO350.000 - RO400.000 per month
