A highly organised, proactive Personal Assistant to support a businessman in day-to-day administrative, communication, and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, emails, calls, and follow-ups
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and professional documents
  • Draft clear, polished communication in English and Malayalam
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and itineraries — including international travel
  • Handle communication with clients, teams, and vendors
  • Assist with business projects, task tracking, and deadline follow-ups
  • Manage basic personal tasks and errands when required
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong English & Malayalam proficiency (written + spoken)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Tech-savvy (Office Suite, Google Workspace, scheduling tools, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and solve problems quickly
  • Prior PA/EA experience preferred
