A highly organised, proactive Personal Assistant to support a businessman in day-to-day administrative, communication, and operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, emails, calls, and follow-ups
- Prepare reports, presentations, and professional documents
- Draft clear, polished communication in English and Malayalam
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and itineraries — including international travel
- Handle communication with clients, teams, and vendors
- Assist with business projects, task tracking, and deadline follow-ups
- Manage basic personal tasks and errands when required
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong English & Malayalam proficiency (written + spoken)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Tech-savvy (Office Suite, Google Workspace, scheduling tools, etc.)
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and solve problems quickly
- Prior PA/EA experience preferred
