Job Description:
Suliter International is seeking a highly professional and reliable Personal Assistant to support our General Manager. The ideal candidate must be organized, discreet, and able to manage a wide range of tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative and personal support to the General Manager.
- Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Assist with documentation, correspondence, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate daily tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities.
- Ensure smooth communication between the GM and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support with urgent tasks and remain flexible when required outside standard working hours.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company with high standards.
- Perform multi-tasking duties with strong attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and punctuality.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general tech-savvy skills preferred.
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
