Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR Director’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedule
  • Handle confidential correspondence and documentation
  • Coordinate internal and external communications
  • Support HR-related projects and follow-ups
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Act as a liaison between the HRD and internal departments

Ideal Profile:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent English communication (Arabic is a plus)
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and discreet
  • Preference for candidates with work experience in Jordan and exposure to corporate environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED11,000.00 per month
