Job Description: Personal Assistant to Managing Partner

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Meeting Management
  • Answer calls, emails, and messages on behalf of the SP when required.
  • Draft and respond to correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Act as a bridge between the SP and internal/external stakeholders when required.
  • Maintain organized records and files related to both personal and professional matters.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Assist in social engagements, and business networking activities.
  • Manage personal appointments, travel arrangements, and all personal and family-related matters.
  • Coordinate and prioritize tasks, ensuring effective time management
  • Ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years as a PA/Executive Assistant (law firm, corporate, or UHNW individuals) with legal exposure (litigation/corporate law a plus).
  • Elite organization, tech-savvy (MS Office, legal/property tools), strong negotiator (UHNW clients, judges).
  • Fluent in English (Arabic preferred), resilient under pressure, proactive problem-solver.
