Personal Injury Attorney

Los Angeles City Law, a preeminent personal injury law firm in California, is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Injury Attorney to strengthen our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in advocating for clients who have suffered due to the negligence of others. As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload, conducting in-depth legal research, and ensuring the smooth execution of legal strategies. Your focus will be on providing exceptional legal representation, optimizing case outcomes, and upholding our firm's reputation as a leader in the field.

$250,000.00 base salary with bonuses that go up to $1,000,000.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, providing expert legal advice and advocacy.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong cases.
• Manage all phases of litigation, from initial consultation to resolution.
• Draft and file legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and communication throughout the legal process.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical conduct.
• Collaborate with legal assistants and other team members to ensure efficient case management.
• Participate in continuous learning and development to stay abreast of personal injury law advancements.
