Key Responsibilities:

• Trial Advocacy: Confidently represent clients in personal injury trials, delivering persuasive arguments and achieving successful outcomes.
• Negotiations: Leverage strong negotiation skills to secure favorable settlements aligned with client interests.
• File Management: Manage full case files independently from intake to resolution, ensuring organized, timely, and effective legal handling.
• Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and supervise legal staff to maintain high standards of collaboration and performance.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear, compassionate, and professional communication with clients throughout their legal journey.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Experience in Personal injury law Attorney, with a focus on plaintiff-side representation.
• Proven trial experience with successful courtroom advocacy.
• Strong negotiation abilities and familiarity with settlement procedures.
• Comfortable with full file responsibility and high-volume caseloads.
• Experience in staff training and supervision.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Massachusetts
• Licensed to practice law or can waive into the State of Connecticut.
• Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, and hard-working, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $50,000
• Guaranteed First-Year Minimum: $100,000
• Earning Potential: Attorneys in similar roles routinely exceed $200,000/year
