Personal Injury Case Manager Assistant

As an Assistant Case Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting this mission by facilitating communication between our firm, clients, and medical providers.

Responsibilities:

• Support Case Managers in daily tasks.
• Scan and save documentation to the firm's system.
• Send correct letters to clients and draft correspondence.
• Request medical records, police reports, and bills on behalf of clients.
• Maintain regular communication with clients.
• Provide general office support and complete tasks as needed.
• Build and maintain a case database.
• Open and manage claims with insurance companies, health insurance subrogation departments, and MediCAL/CARE.
• Schedule doctor appointments and coordinate transportation for clients.
• Prepare files for submission to demand writers.
• Assist in the collection, organization, and filing of medical records and documents.

Qualifications:

• Warm, outgoing, and customer service-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Attention to detail and deadline-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
