We’re hiring a Mid-Level Attorney to join our litigation team. PI or litigation experience is a plus but not required—we can teach that. What we’re looking for is someone with genuine initiative, strong writing and analytical skills, and the confidence to own their work.

You’ll step into meaningful cases, collaborate with seasoned litigators, and grow your litigation skills quickly in a culture built on trust and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and advance a caseload with hands-on mentorship from senior litigators.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; assist in depositions and court appearances.
• Support strategy on hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Partner with paralegals, assistants, and a tech-enabled workflow to move cases efficiently.
• Work in a collaborative environment—no silos, no ego.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience as an attorney (any practice area welcome).
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Someone proactive, curious, and ready to take ownership.
• Litigation or PI exposure is a bonus, not a requirement.
• Emotional intelligence and a team-first mindset—non-negotiable.
