We are hiring both freshers and experienced professionals who are passionate about sales, customer service, and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell personal loan products to eligible customers
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and walk-in inquiries
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up interactions
- Stay updated with bank policies, product updates, and compliance requirements
Candidate Requirements:
- Freshers and experienced sales professionals are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
- Target-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
- Experience in personal loan or financial product sales is an advantage
- Must be currently based in the UAE
