Job Description:
Fintrek Marketing is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive – Personal Loan to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in personal loan or banking sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell personal loan products to potential customers
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and field marketing
- Explain loan eligibility, documentation, and benefits to clients clearly
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Comply with all banking policies and regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in personal loan sales or banking/financial services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Currently residing in Dubai or anywhere in the UAE
- Immediate joiners preferred
