About the Role

We’re hiring a Personal Assistant Videographer to capture real-time content, support day-to-day operations, and work closely with our leadership team. You will film short-form content, YouTube clips, behind-the-scenes footage, and daily activities — helping document the process and bring Dava’s brand to life online.

This role requires someone who lives on social media, moves fast, thinks creatively, and knows how to film in real-time environments. You must be organized, reliable, adaptable, and excited to be directly involved in Dava’s content, creators, and daily operations.

Full-time role. Monday through Friday. Occasional evenings/weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Film daily content for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube (vlog-style + BTS).
• Capture meetings, events, travel, and real-time moments as they happen.
• Edit short-form videos and collaborate with our in-house editing team for final production.
• Assist with scheduling, organization, errands, and general personal assistant tasks.
• Keep media files organized and maintain content libraries.
• Help brainstorm ideas, trends, hooks, and creative concepts.
• Support the Dava team and creators during shoots, events, and productions.

Requirements

• Must use social media platforms daily and understand current trends.
• Strong filming skills; comfortable capturing candid, fast-moving content.
• Basic editing skills (CapCut or Adobe preferred).
• Emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Able to work in ambiguity and adapt quickly.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be Miami-based.
• Able to think big picture while also executing day-to-day tasks.
