Pest Control Engineer cum Sales

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Pest Control Engineer cum Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting pest control inspections, recommending appropriate treatments, preparing proposals, and converting leads into sales. This role requires both technical knowledge and strong customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections to identify pest issues and recommend suitable treatment solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service plans to clients.
• Perform or supervise pest control treatments as required.
• Generate new business leads and follow up with potential clients.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Submit daily reports, sales updates, and documentation to management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in pest control or a related technical field (mandatory).
• Proven sales background in pest control or facility management services.
• Valid pest control license/certification (if applicable in your region).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• UAE driving license.
