About the Role

ECS School, Gwalior is looking for an enthusiastic PGT Entrepreneurship Teacher who can inspire students with knowledge of start-ups, business concepts, innovation, and financial literacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Entrepreneurship (XI & XII) as per CBSE syllabus.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, worksheets, and assessments.
• Encourage creative thinking, innovation, and business idea development.
• Conduct classroom activities like business plans, case studies, and group projects.
• Help students participate in commerce & business competitions.
• Maintain records, attend meetings, and contribute to academic planning.

Required Qualifications

• Post Graduation in Commerce / Business Studies / Management / Entrepreneurship.
• Minimum 0–2 years relevant teaching experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of business concepts, innovation ecosystem & start-up model.

Skills Required

• Excellent spoken & written communication.
• Creative teaching methods & activity-based learning.
• Ability to guide students with real-world business examples.
• Proficiency in digital teaching tools.
