Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical practices, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a commitment to providing quality care to our patients. As a pharmacist, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing advice on their proper use, ensuring the accuracy of prescriptions, and promoting overall patient health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medication Dispensing: Accurately prepare, compound, and dispense prescribed medications to patients in accordance with all relevant legal, health, and safety regulations.
• Patient Counseling: Provide clear and concise instructions to patients on the proper use, dosage, side effects, and storage of medications.
• Prescription Review: Review prescriptions to ensure their accuracy, appropriateness, and safety, including checking for drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications.
• Collaboration with Healthcare Providers: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of medications for patients.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of medications and supplies, including the timely ordering, receipt, and storage of pharmaceuticals.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the pharmacy operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including controlled substance management and record-keeping.
• Patient Safety: Monitor and track patient health outcomes related to medication therapy and collaborate on intervention strategies when necessary.
• Education & Training: Stay updated on new medications, treatment guidelines, and pharmaceutical innovations. Assist in training pharmacy interns or junior staff, as needed.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns, answering questions, and providing advice related to over-the-counter medications and general wellness.

Pay: ₹18,478.70 - ₹25,887.37 per month
