Role Description
Healthwire is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Salesperson to support the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting customers, ensuring accurate prescription handling, maintaining stock levels, and providing excellent service during assigned shifts.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in purchasing medicines and healthcare products
• Provide accurate information on prescriptions, dosage, and usage
• Ensure proper handling and labeling of medications
• Support the pharmacist in verifying prescriptions and identifying potential issues
• Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
• Manage billing and cash register operations
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the sales and storage areas
• Address customer queries and resolve issues professionally
• Follow all pharmacy safety, hygiene, and regulatory procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or certification in Pharmacy Sales/Pharmacy Technician (preferred)
• Previous experience in retail pharmacy or sales (6 months to 2 years preferred)
• Basic knowledge of medicines, dosage, and pharmacy operations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions
