We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Specialist to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for storytelling through visual and written content, with a keen eye for design and a strong understanding of current social media trends. As a vital member of our marketing team, you will craft engaging campaigns, produce compelling multimedia content, and foster meaningful connections with our audience to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality multimedia content including images, videos, and graphics that are posted each day.
• Coordinate and take facility photos
• Take staff photos
• coordinate marketing lunches / Drop offs
• coordinate staff outings
• Coordinate dinner outings

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Extensive knowledge of video production including filming techniques, editing workflows, and post-production processes.
• Experience in creating compelling visual storytelling through videography, photography, and motion graphics is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
