Job Title: Psychiatrist / Neurologist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a board-certified Psychiatrist or Neurologist to provide medical leadership and expertise in clinical research trials. The physician will participate in studies developing innovative treatments for psychiatric and neurological conditions such as depression, anxiety, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy, and other neuropsychiatric or neurological disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Principal Investigator (PI) or Sub-Investigator (Sub-I) in clinical trials.
- Conduct psychiatric or neurological evaluations and study-related procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to study protocols.
- Collaborate with research staff and study coordinators to ensure high-quality data collection.
- Participate in protocol development, study design discussions, and trial meetings.
- Communicate with sponsors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders as required.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Psychiatry or Neurology.
- Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
- Strong interest in clinical research and evidence-based care.
- Excellent diagnostic, clinical, and interpersonal communication skills.
- (Preferred) Prior experience as a Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator in clinical trials.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: $100.00 – $350.00 per hour (DOE) not including procedures
- Procedures: Additional Fair Market Compensation for study-related procedures
