ProSource Talent is actively seeking a dedicated and culturally competent Physician (Internal Medicine/Primary Care/DO) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, within a highly vulnerable population focusing on health equity, disease prevention, health promotion, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Your expertise will ensure patients receive personalized, evidence-based care in a compassionate environment. Duties

• Conduct thorough medical assessments, including physical examinations and patient history reviews, to accurately diagnose health issues.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate medication management, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care strategies.
• Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters, order diagnostic tests like CT scans or radiology procedures, and track patient progress.
• Provide patient education on chronic disease management, medication adherence, immunizations, and health coaching to promote long-term wellness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year
