How You Will Make an Impact:

If you are a licensed pain management physician in Texas committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and a collaborative team player with expertise in diagnosing and treating various medical issues and injuries, we invite you to submit your application.

What You Will Do:

  • Conducting thorough medical examinations and assessments with a focus on evidence-based care.
  • Diagnosing and treating various injuries.
  • Developing and implementing patient care plans.
  • Prescribing medications and treatments.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Documenting patient histories, examination findings, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
  • Communicating effectively with medical assistants and other support staff.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with patients.
  • Educating patients about their medical conditions and treatment options.
  • Providing empathetic and compassionate care.
  • Adhering to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.

What You Will Bring:

  • Actively licensed physician in good standing in the State of Texas
  • 2+ years of practice experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Current BLS certification and DEA certification.
  • Prioritize interventional pain management over the administration of medications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for patient interactions and team collaboration.
  • Verbal and written Spanish skills are a plus, but not required.
  • Timely completion of notes/charting in the patient's medical record.
  • Full adherence to HIPAA rules and regulations and ethical considerations of the practice of medicine.

Work Location: Lubbock, TX

Work Hours: A Monday through Friday schedule during regular business hours with no hospital call.

We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k, $25,000 company-paid life insurance, optional STD and LTD, and paid time off. Salary based on experience.
