Location: Sunnyvale, CA 94039
Duration: 26 weeks with possible extension
Pay: $150 - 160/hr.
Schedule: 09:30 am - 06:30 pm | 40 hours weekly | Monday-Friday | No weekends
Age: 2+ years
Setting: Primary care / Occupational health
Qualification:<ul><li>
MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license</li><li>
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine</li><li>
2 years of primary care experience preferred</li><li>
Pediatric experience strongly preferred</li><li>
Background in primary care, acute care, emergency room, chronic disease management, preventive care, or similar settings is preferred</li><li>
Current BLS and ACLS certification</li></ul>
